Gas prices up $2.23, $1.73, diesel up $2.63
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, July 13, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With an increase of $2.23, 90-octane will be sold for $172.40 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $168.37 per litre up by $1.73.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $161.29 per litre after an increase of $2.63 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $169.29 per litre up by $3.03.
Kerosene increased by $0.25 and will be sold for $173.22 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $57.62 per litre up by $2.37 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $65.15 per litre after an increase of $2.70.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
