Detectives assigned to the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offences and Child Abuse charged the worker, and at the same time implored parents to keep an eye on workmen they hire and how they engage their children.
The man, from a Hamilton Mountain, St Mary, address, was charged with two counts of rape and two counts of grievous sexual assault for allegedly assaulting the child twice, on separate occasions.
