Gas prices down $0.25, diesel up $0.25
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see a decrease at the pumps in the price of gasoline and an increase in the price of diesel effective Thursday, June 8, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
With both grades of gasoline down by $0.25, 90-octane will be sold for $173.73 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $170.20 per litre.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $165.87 per litre after an increase of $0.25 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $173.32 per litre down by $3.06.
Kerosene increased by $0.25 and will be sold for $176.72 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $58.21 per litre down by $1.14 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $65.76 per litre after a decrease of $1.57.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
