The Jamaica Chamber of Commerce (JCC) last Wednesday hosted a media launch to reveal the nominees for its upcoming annual awards ceremony at an event held at the Audi showroom in Kingston.
The launch, which served as a precursor to the return of the prestigious awards ceremony, severs a three-year hiatus for the event which has not been held since the novel coronavirus outbreak.
At the event held on April 26, a large number of corporate players along with a number of industry stakeholders came out in high anticipation and full support of the expected month-end event which aims to celebrate excellence in business. A number of entities were also nominated under a range of the JCC’s ‘Best of Chamber’ awards. The annual awards ceremony, which is scheduled to take place on May 31, will be held at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel under the theme: ‘Resilience a Key Benchmark of Success’.
