Each year, without fail, there is a costume that owns the stage at the Carnival Road March, and for 2023, the GenXs Sunken Treasure costume designed by T&T’s David Dewer was an obvious standout!

Seen on Jamaican-Canadian model Winnie Harlow, and a few of our Rock-fab faves, the Port Royal-inspired jewelled design made for some stunning picture-perfect moments.
