Executive and Director Changes
Konrad Mark Berry has resigned as company secretary of Mayberry Investments Limited effective January 31 after serving in the role since 1985. Janene Shaw has been appointed the new company secretary effective February 1.
Jason Sambrano demitted office as the managing director of Roberts Manufacturing Company Limited effective January 31.
Allison Mais has resigned as head of strategic planning for GraceKennedy Limited effective April 16. Andrew Leo-Rhynie who is the head of mergers & acquisitions will assume responsibility for the portfolio until the post has been filled.

A director of JFP Limited sold 11,203,681 shares at $1.55 while a connected party purchased 11,270,000 shares on December 23, while another director sold 1,241,892 shares at $1.55 while a connected party purchased 1,230,000 shares on January 9. A senior manager of Jamaica Broilers Group Limited sold 132,471 shares for a consideration of $3.97 million on January 26 with a director selling 108,029 shares for a consideration of $3.24 million on January 27. A connected party of Mayberry Jamaican Equities Limited purchased 264,091 shares at $12 for a consideration of $3.17 million on January 26. Directors and senior officers of GraceKennedy Limited acquired 1,676,174 shares on January 26 pursuant to the 2009 stock option plan.
Eppley Caribbean Property Fund – Value Fund repurchased 133 shares at $45 on January 17.
Salada Foods Jamaica Limited has changed its registrar and transfer agent from PWC Corporate Services Limited to Sagicor Bank Jamaica Limited effective January 31.
Barita Investments Limited’s 2022 annual report has been delayed and is expected to be filed by February 28.
