Construction worker shot dead in St Mary

A St Mary man, who the police claim was on their radar for alleged involvement in criminal activities, was fatally shot in Oracabessa in the parish on Wednesday.

He has been identified as 41-year-old construction worker Miguel Nash of Boscobel Heights.

Nash was reportedly shot outside a nightclub in Boscobel about 11:40 pm.

Police reports are that a man walked up and shot him several times. Nash was pronounced dead at hospital.
