Christmas Bake-Off Finalist: Jovan Walker
Baking for me is a family thing. From mi eye deh a mi knee, I’ve been kneading dough and rubbing up butter for cakes with grandma. So, it became inevitable that I followed in her footsteps to make the world a happier place through food. Over the years, I’ve tested and tried many variations of the traditional Christmas cake. For me, this recipe wasn’t passed down but it was created through many tastings until it finally became something that I shared confidently with family and friends.
