How lovely are thy branches.
Merry Christmas, everyone! SO spotlights today the impressive festive decorations at the ROK Hotel. The Sharon Howell @ sharonsaint_t. Howell and ROK team collab is a variation on the original idea for the lobby which would have seen suspended multi-sized orbs from the ceiling above a 20-ft tree. Perhaps, next year! The three trees, of varying heights, used as an alternative are magical.
A simple palette inspires the garland that dresses the staircase banisters. Art plays an integral part of the hotel’s design and so integrating the Christmas decorations in a way that accentuated these pieces was paramount.
