Speaking with OBSERVER ONLINE after their latest triumph, JC Head Coach Davion Ferguson said his team’s mission for the season was only two-thirds completed, with the Olivier Shield up for grabs on Wednesday against the rural area daCosta Cup winner Clarendon College.
“We are elated,” Ferguson said in reference to the Champions Cup win. “At the start of the season, we set out to win all three (titles) and we are going to continue… the key now is to get the boys recovered for the next one.”
Maquan Aldridge and Tarick Ximines scored for Jamaica College in the Champions Cup decider, with Dujuan ‘Whisper’ Richards pulling a goal back for Kingston College late in the game.
