JusKim is Caught Up
IT’S a relatable story: girl meets a guy and ends up falling in love. That’s the back story behind singer JusKim’s latest single Caught Up.
Produced by Dre Day Productions, Caught Up was released on November 25.
“I’m really telling a personal story so the song is 100 per cent relatable to me,” JusKim told the Jamaica Observer.
Caught Up is a bubbly R&B/pop track with lush instrumentation and charismatic vocal charm. It is the latest effort from the Portmore-based recording artiste who decided to pursue a career in music.
“It’s about nine years now I got into the studio to pursue music. Before that I was singing at weddings and small events,” she said.
Since she began her journey JusKim has worked with SOS Dynamics and Dre Day Productions.
Born Kimberly Morrison, JusKim is a past student of Edith Dalton James High School and Excelsior Community College in Kingston.
She said, “I just want to inspire people with my music and change a few lives along the way.”
