Vulnerable households get digital Jump from Flow
Jump, Flow’s programme to bridge the digital divide by providing broadband connectivity, devices and digital training to the most vulnerable households through a public-private partnership, was launched on October 19 at the Jamaica Pegasus hotel.
Jump will initially target 1,500 households during its four to six-month pilot programme and is set to begin this month.
Flow is working with the Ministry of Science, Energy & Technology, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security, the PATH Programme, the Universal Service Fund, the Caribbean School of Data, One on One Educational Services, the Cable & Wireless Charitable Foundation and the Flow Foundation to make this happen.
