Pandemic Records on musical high
PRODUCTION duo Sheldon and Leroy Edwards are on a musical high as their Pandemic Records label continues to reap success.
The label, formed in 2021, recently scored its first number-one single with Little Hero’s World Right Now.
The song, released on the Logic Mix rhythm late last year, is currently sitting in the number one position on the Jamaica Music Countdown Top 25 Reggae Singles chart.
“This is our first number one single, it’s a major milestone for both Little Hero and Pandemic Records. I’m not surprised about the success of this song at all, it’s a very good song and we’ve put a lot of promotion behind it,” said Sheldon Edwards.
He added, “We’re grateful to all the DJs and music lovers who are supporting our projects. We’ve achieved a lot since we launched the label over a year ago, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. We plan to achieve even greater success in time to come.”
The producer also revealed that he and his brother are getting ready to release a new rhythm titled Things and Time. It is slated to be released on November 25.
The project will feature songs from artistes such as Chronic Law, Takeova, Ikaya, Frasskalifa, Jah Lama, and XIP.
“With every project we aim to lift the bar higher and higher, and this is another scorcher from Pandemic Records. We have some great songs on this rhythm, it’s going to be a hit,” said the producer.
Pandemic Records has released songs for acts such as Sizzla, Chronic Law, Munga Honorable, and Mr Easy.
