Last week in Lauderhill, Florida, two people were shot and killed in a shoot-out, according to the police. Double homicide reportedly took place at the Blueberry Hill Condos, located off Northwest 56th Avenue near Oakland Park Boulevard on the night of October 19.
Officers were called to the 800 block of Blueberry Court shortly after 9:00 pm. When they arrived, they found the victims who had been shot. Both men died at the scene, according to police.
A third man was allegedly injured in the same incident and was admitted to HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital in Tamarac, in critical condition. The police have not confirmed if the person was involved in the shooting.
A representative at Lauderhill Police Department told the Jamaica Observer that investigations were still under way.
“They [the police] are still working on the case… They have a lot of homocides in Lauderhill,” the rep told the Observer.
Following the shooting last week, social media lit up with claims that Squash had been shot in the incident.
