US fugitive held in Jamaica to return to court next week
KINGSTON, Jamaica (CMC) – A 24-year-old American, wanted in the United States on a murder charge, will re-appear in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Monday.
Ranje Reynolds, who was captured in Kingston on Tuesday, is wanted in connection with the January murder of 27-year-old Tarek Boothe of Virginia. The US authorities said that the murder occurred following an argument between the men.
But when he appeared in court on Thursday, he was not represented and it is expected that legal representation will be settled before his next court appearance.
