Safe Samsung repair
Samsung has introduced a new repair mode which guards against any potential invasion of privacy that may occur when you send in your phone for repair.
The repair mode puts your device on lockdown before sending it in for repair so technicians will have limited access to apps, preventing anyone from accessing your photos, files, and private messages.
The new service is available first in South Korea before being rolled out worldwide.
