Challenge accepted! That was the resounding response when Hamilton’s Smokehouse and The Best Dressed Chicken invited 17 restaurants to create exclusive menu features for the 2022 edition of the Summer Bites dining event.

From wake-me-up sandwiches to late-night treats, there is a lot to love among the limited-time offerings from the restaurants. “We are delighted with the responses from the chefs. Each has developed exceptional plates, and diners will enjoy what’s new on the menus at the spots they regularly visit and discover new favourite eateries in Kingston, Montego Bay and Ocho Rios,” said Lackesha Pitter, brand manager, Hamilton’s Smokehouse. The menus are available now through to August 26, 2022.

The meticulously curated list of participating restaurants spans dining occasions and styles. “We have cafés, full-service restaurants and grab-and-go delis, so whatever you feel like eating, whatever the time, you will be thrilled by the Summer Bites menus,” says Pitter.
