Frenchman’s Cove is such a beautiful property that many opted to stay put and enjoy it to the max. There was much to absorb. From picturesque gardens flanked by an emerald river stream to the estate’s jewel in the crown, the majestic beach. The beach was where many had partied the night before, experiencing it at noon on a Saturday was a reintroduction to the idyllic escape. The cove — once a favourite romantic escape for Hollywood legend Elizabeth Taylor — and its environs were where luxe campers spent the better part of the day.
