MONTEGO BAY, St James — Herbert Morrison Technical will seek the ISSA/Western Confederation double when they take on Cornwall College in the Under-15 basketball final to be played at Herbert Morrison today, starting at 3:00 pm.

Herbert Morrison, who won the Under-19 title earlier this season, will seek to extend their dominance over Cornwall College who last won an ISSA/Western Confederation title in 2019.

The teams topped the points table of the first round that ended on Monday with Herbert Morrison on 11 points, one more than Cornwall College, and both will also contest the national play-offs set for later this month.

The team had split their two games this season as Cornwall College won the first game 35-31 and were leading by 10 points, 22-12, in their return game before losing by two points 35-37.

Matai Williams has been the top player for Cornwall College this competition, leading the scoring in all the games he played with Dejeaun Williams also contributing.

Joshua Ferguson, who was part of the undefeated Herbert Morrison Under 19 team, will be expected to lead them today, with Kamau Dennis and Timothy Garvey assisting.
