Holland host Cornwall College in U-15 basketball
HOLLAND, Trelawny – Cornwall College will put their two-game winning start on the line today when they take on Holland High in the first round of the ISSA/Western Conference Under-15 boys’ basketball competition at Holland High in Trelawny, set to start at 2:00 pm.
Cornwall College lead the competition with four points after wins over York Castle High and Herbert Morrison, while Holland High are coming off their opening game win over York Castle High on Tuesday.
Evair Reid-Hines scored 30 points for Holland High as they beat York Castle 52-13 with both teams combining to score eight points in the fourth quarter.
Holland High led 10-5 after the first quarter and led 24-7 at half-time and 48-9 at the end of the third quarter.
Renaldo HoSang scored eight points for Holland High, while Jahreem Charlton and Khaleel Anderson both scored six points.
Christian Andorn scored seven points and had four rebounds for York Castle, while three other players scored two points each.
