Refreshing Cocktails @ AC HOTEL KINGSTON
The cocktail scene is heating up! The result we imagine of the country now fully opened and the ability to hang out with our favourite bartender. It’s understandable that the title holders of the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Award for Best Wine/Cocktail Experience AC Hotel Kingston have already mixed, stirred and poured #welcomebackcocktails.
The feedback has been positive, according to AC Hotel Kingston bar supervisor Andre Guthrie, with whom we recently spent an afternoon enjoying all four cocktails poured during the month of April.
Our suggestion is pretty simple: Dress up, step out and test your bartender’s cocktail skills. Do feel free to share your finds with us @jamaicaobserver

Apple Jacks
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Johnnie Walker Black
1 oz Sour Apple Liqueur
1 oz Disaronno Amaretto
1 oz Sweet & Sour
Garnish with green apple slice
Red Mango
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Smirnoff Vodka
1.5 oz Red Wine Reduction
1 oz Sweet & Sour
Garnish with mango wedge
Cocomelon
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
1 oz Sour Apple Liqueur
2 oz Watermelon Puree
3 oz Jean Dorsene Brut
Garnish with watermelon chunks and edible flower
Kiwi Mojito
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Bacardi Silver
Fresh Mint
Fresh Kiwi
2 oz Sweet & Sour
Top off with soda water
