Choked gullies
Despite the dangers posed by flooding and repeated calls to properly dispose of domestic waste, people continue to dump garbage on the streets which then ends up in gullies and drains when it rains. At the same time, it is obvious that some of the drains are in urgent need of cleaning. Jamaica Observer photographer Naphtali Junior captured these photos on Wednesday in the Corporate Area.
