London’s fashionistas turned out in force on Friday, November 8, for Joshua Kane’s latest show, entitled “Mythical Creatures”, staged at the Royal Exchange in the heart of the city. Indeed, the dress code of ‘Joshua Kane’ or ‘black tie’ ensured that the audience was suitably glamorous for both the show and after-party.

Kane, whose beautifully tailored creations combine Edwardian dandyism with a hint of goth, is seen by many as the next Alexander McQueen and the show did not disappoint, closing to rapturous applause. Amongst the exclusive invitees were supporters of all things Rock and fab, Andrew and Theresa Roberts, co-principals of Jamaica Patty Co, who will be spending a part of their Christmas vacation at their Tryall Club property, Hanover Grange.

Jamaican-Canadian philanthropist Donette Chin-Loy Chang was in Ottawa Wednesday to add personal congratulations to Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and to witness the unveiling of the new Cabinet.
