Cricket legend Courtney Walsh and longtime lover say ‘I do’
Congratulations are in order for legendary Jamaican cricketer Courtney Walsh who tied the knot with long-time girlfriend, Anique Goodwin over the weekend.
The private ceremony took place in St. John, Antigua.
Curtly Ambrose, a long-time teammate and fellow bowling ace, was a groomsman at the wedding. Former West Indies cricketers such as Brian Lara from Trinidad and Tobago and Sir Vivian Richards of Antigua were also in attendance.
Walsh, 56, represented the West Indies from 1984 to 2001 as a Fast Bowler. In 2010 the former captain was inducted in the ICC Cricket Hall of Fame. In 2016 he was appointed specialist bowling coach for Bangladesh.
