Doha 2019: Aisha Praught-Leer out of 1,500m

DOHA, Qatar — Jamaica’s Aisha Praught-Leer failed to advance to the semi-finals of the Women’s 1500 metres at the 2019 IAAF World Athletics Championships inside Khalifa International Stadium in Doha, Qatar.

Praught-Leer, who dropped the 2,000-m steeplechase this season, finished seventh in heat two.

Her time of 4:09.81 was not fast enough to go through as a time qualifier.
