Coca-Cola announces the winner of trip for two to Fifa Women’s World Cup
Coca-Cola, the official beverage sponsor of the Reggae Girlz, announced the winner of their KICK IT TO FRANCE giveaway of a trip for two to France, to watch the team at the 2019 Fifa Women’s World Cup.
The brand offered customers from around the island the chance to win this unique opportunity to support the Jamaica Women’s National Football Team at one of the most important sporting events in the world.
“As partners with the Reggae Girlz, and also as fans, we thought it only fitting that we gave customers the chance to enjoy the performance of the girls, as they have become one of the top women’s national football line-ups in the Caribbean,” Amoye Phillpotts-Brown, brand manager Coca-Cola Jamaica stated in a press release.
The winner of this promotion is Hervell Stewart, who shopped at Hilo Pavillion. The first match she and her daughter will be attending is scheduled for June 14 in the Stade Auguste-Delaune in the city of Reims, France.
The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partner Wisynco have carried out a series of activities to celebrate 2019 Fifa Women’s World Cup that included samplings, store giveaways, training match executions and many others.
“As an international brand we are very proud to be able to support and partner with the Jamaica Reggae Girlz as they are the very first Caribbean national team to ever qualify for the Fifa Women’s World Cup.
