My Carnival Road March tips are… stay hydrated, drink lots of Campari and designate a driver.

I prepare for Carnival by… going to the gym at least five times a week, eating healthy and buying my fete clothes like stockings, boots and accessories way in advance.

Destra Garcia. She is the embodiment of soca music, which is synonymous with everything Carnival.

What are you up to at the moment for work?
