Paymaster announces appointment of new general manager
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Local payment processing giant, Paymaster Jamaica Limited (PJL), has announced the appointment of Nicolene Worthy-Donaldson as its new general manager.
Paymaster, in a statement today, said she is the company’s first female General Manager and leads an all-female cast of senior managers.
Worthy-Donaldson, whose appointment took effect on January 3, assumed responsibility for spearheading growth, developing innovative customer support and product delivery solutions that enhance the customer service experience while managing day-to-day operations.
“My goal is to ensure that we remain the ‘go-to’ multi-payment place for our customers by ensuring that we understand how their needs are evolving and coming up with new, innovative and convenient ways to serve them” she was quoted as saying in the Paymaster statement.
“Taking the time to get their feedback is an important first step as we move to deliver an even higher level of service going forward,” she continued.
Paymaster noted that Worthy-Donaldson joins PJL after spending18 years in various positions at several firms including West Indies Trust Company, Samsung Electronics, Intcomex Jamaica, Digicel Jamaica, and most recently LASCO Financial Services where she served as marketing manager.
