Yesterday was pure excitement
Yesterday: the Best of the ’90s always attracts a large turnout of patrons, and last Saturday’s staging was no different.
The drink-inclusive event was held at Mas Camp in Kingston.
From as early as 10:00 pm one could tell the turnout was going to be massive, and indeed it was.
DJs Marvin, Nicco and ZJ Liquid guided the musical proceedings with dancehall, hip-hop, R&B, reggae, soca and house music.
“Songs from the decade of the 1990s were definitely a hit with the patrons. DJ Nicco also had them dancing non-stop during his set. Let’s not forget drinks were free all night, so patrons really had a good time,” said co-promoter of GLK Entertainment Gyete Ghartey.
“Our aim is to always try and improve, and we seek out the counsel of patrons to give us feedback. Customer satisfaction is our priority at all times,” he told the Jamaica Observer.
Yesterday was held four times this year.
