In the second race, Steven Todd claimed Kanaloa for owner Richard Todd for $600,000 from Johnny Wilmot and Ryan Darby claimed Go Go Girl for owner Raphael Gordon for $575,000.
Shade Of Beauty was claimed from Prince McDonald for $180,000 by Rudolph Hardial for owner Peter Mason.

RUNJOHNNY RUN CONTINUES ON WINNING PATH
RunJohnny Run, one of the most consistent horses at present running in the claiming ranks, continued his good form with another win in the second event on Wednesday (October 3) over five furlongs (1,000m) straight – his second consecutive win, thus confirming his utter likeness for the straight course.
Ridden by Dick Cardenas, RunJohnny Run settled behind the early pacesetter Go Go Girl (Chalwick Budhai) for the first half of the race before producing his run late in the final furlong (200m).
When Cardenas asked the nine-year-old to run passing the dummy rails, RunJohnny Run came up to challenge Go Go Girl and after a brief battle, the oldster pulled away to score by a length and three quarters in the end.
Go Go Girl held well for second place with Kanaloa (Linton Steadman) finishing in third place and Brave Prospect (Daniel Satchell) fourth. The winning time was 59.1. RunJohnny Run was winning for the fifth time this season from nine starts.
EASY DOES IT FOR NASDAQ PRINCESS
Since winning at the non-winners of two back in October of last year, Nasdaq Princess hasn’t really ignited any sparks in her many races that has since followed. However, racing on a $180,000 claiming tag for horses who have not earned $150,000 since June 3, 2018, Nasdaq Princess found back her footing with an emphatic win.
Ridden by Javaniel Patterson, the Anthony Dixon-owned and trained Nasdaq Princess made a mockery of her eight opponents by romping home by seven lengths running over the distance of seven furlongs (1,400m).
Connor (Orlando Foster) finished in second place, while Miss Addi (Phillip Parchment) finished third and Mr Theophilus (Kerry-Gayl Robinson) fourth. The final time was 1:31.4.
TRAINER PATRICK CHANG NOTCHES NUMBER TWO
Trainer Patrick Chang has not been a regular on the racing programmes this season but every now and then he shows up and when he does his horses performed creditably well and such was the case on Wednesday (October 3).
From 12 start this season, Chang was able to notch his second win for the year when recently claimed Luana won the ninth race over six-and-a-half furlongs (1,300m).
Wesley Henry, one of Chang’s favourite jockeys was asked to do the riding honours and he made no mistake as Luana romped home quite easily over Ictus (Dick Cardenas) and Trini Magic (Omar Walker) in the end.
From Luana turned for home, Henry kept his feet on the gas pedal as she powered home by six-and-a-half lengths in a time of 1:21.1 for the distance.
