Weather Update: Scattered showers expected today
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Meteorological (Met) Service of Jamaica is reporting that possible showers are expected across sections of eastern parishes this morning, while elsewhere should be partly cloudy.
This afternoon should expect scattered showers and widely scattered thunderstorms across most parishes, along with windy conditions.
Tonight should become partly cloudy.
A tropical wave will be moving across the island today and thereafter, a high pressure ridge will become the dominant feature.
