New kid on the block Sky Dweller Ultra Lounge opened on Feb 23. The name is culled to resonate with those who either breathe the luxe rarified air or have aspirations to. Sky Dweller is, after all, the name of one of the most luxurious Rolex watches, and there’s not much higher you can go than the sky!

Patrons are afforded 3,000 sq ft in which to be wined and dined with a capacity of 300 like minds to cosy up with.

The signature Sky Dweller Blue is a fun must-do. Other faves include Millard’s Mojito, Sex in the Lounge and the Appleton Estate Jamaican Mule. Enjoy Traffic, platters of four wings, two spring rolls, two servings of bruschetta and three salt fish fritters, pork chops, Skylicious chopped salad, Millwood’s Snapper Fingers and Chips and Crazy Loaded Fries (for the kids). Desserts range from cheesecakes, rum & raisin and cherry ice cream to a plated brownie trifle and a bread pudding rated as one of the best in town.

With secured and ample parking for ladies to enjoy a night out on the town, plus the attentive and competent staff, Sky Dweller gets our nod.
