Ras Slick does Penultimate docu-flick
In an effort to increase his fan base and share his musical experience, singer Ras Slick has released a mini documentary titled Penultimate.
The project is available on his YouTube and social media platforms.
Directed by A-Roll Productions, Penultimate chronicles Ras Slick’s music journey through intimate reflections, performance clips and archival footage.
The seven-minute clip brings the Washington DC-based reggae artiste up close and personal with his fans.
“I want to use my journey and story to inspire the greatness in people and encourage them to fulfil their passions. I also want to expose the power of music,” said Ras Slick.
Originally from Westmoreland, Ras Slick aims to bring great music to the world in a dynamic way. A cutting edge music producer, entrepreneur and entertainer, Ras Slick has won the Washington DC Annual Reggae Music Award for Best Male Vocalist on multiple occasions.
He has opened shows for Sizzla, Beres Hammond, Jesse Royal, Morgan Heritage and Luciano, among others.
Last year, he scored a radio hit with No Shackles and since then his stocks have continued to rise.
His latest songs include Crazy Glue (produced by Kloud Slick Records) and Late Night (produced by Cahban Records).
