KC, STETHS players dominate All Schools team to Florida
Super Cup champions Kingston College (KC) and runners-up St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) dominated the Inter-secondary Schools Sports Association’s (ISSA) All Schools 20-member team, with four players each for the three-match tour of Fort Lauderdale.
KC will be represented by Javian Brown, Rashawn Mackison, Antoneil Mullings and Fabian Grant, while goalkeeper Kenroy Wallace, Clifton Woodbine, Chris-Andrew Dixon and Demar James will represent from STETHS.
All-Island champion Jamaica College, Rusea’s High and Clarendon College all have three invitees. The JC players are Maliek Howell, Tyreek Magee and Tevin Rochester, while Shemar Farmer, Shande James and Nicque Daley are from Clarendon College. The daCosta Cup champions Rusea’s will be represented by Renaldo Wellington, Daniel Reid and Leonardo Fogarty.
Goalkeeper Tajay Griffiths (Wolmer’s Boys), striker Shai Smith (Holy Trinity) and Kareem Parris (Dinthill) complete the powerful squad.
Visa issues put paid to the selection of the outstanding goalkeeper Jadean White of St Andrew Technical High School while his teammate the towering David Smith, is also missing.
The Jamaican team will leave the island tomorrow at 9:00 am for a three-match tour of Fort Lauderdale and will see JC’s Miguel Coley and Rusea’s Vassell Reynolds as two coaches.
