Exciting matchups as FLOW Super Cup kicks off next Friday
KINGSTON, Jamaica — The fourth edition of the rich and prestigious ISSA FLOW Super Cup will kick off on Friday, November 10 and continue on Saturday, November 11 with some mouth-watering matchups.
The eight best high schools in Jamaica will be in action at Catherine Hall in Montego Bay where a new champion will be crowned, as defending champion Wolmer’s Boys failed to reach the Super Cup.
The opening match of the weekend will see Clarendon College tackling Calabar High at 3:00 pm before St Elizabeth Technical High School (STETHS) play St Andrew Technical High School (STATHS) at 5:00 pm.
Then on Saturday, Catherine Hall will be buzzing again with further excitement as former Super Cup champion Jamaica College enters the fray against the red hot Dinthill Technical High at 5:00 pm before the dangerous Kingston College and Rusea’s High clash in arguably the game of the round at 7:00 pm.
Manning Cup teams Calabar and St Andrew technical High School (STATHS) are the newcomers to the Super Cup and will be vying for their first shot at the million-dollar prize.
Each team in the quarterfinal is guaranteed $50,000 and the further they advance, the more money they earn, culminating with $1 million winning prize.
