The deluge last Thursday afternoon left Kingston and St Andrew with flooded streets, but the tempestuous weather did not prevent bargain hunters and shopping enthusiasts from turning out in their numbers for The Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out (TSO) one-night sales event.
