Afghanistan win toss, batting vs West Indies in 3rd ODI
GROS ISLET, St Lucia (CMC) — Afghanistan won the toss and chose to bat in the decisive third and final One-Day International against West Indies at the Darren Sammy Cricket Ground here Wednesday.
West Indies have made a forced change with fast bowler Miguel Cummins coming in for the injured Shannon Gabriel while for Afghanistan, Fareed Ahmad and Nasir Jamal have come in for Samiullah Shenwari and Amir Hamza.
The match has been reduced to 43 overs per side because of rain which delayed the original 2:30 pm start by over two hours.
Play started at 4:45 pm.
