#RacersGrandPrix: Gaye clocks new personal best to win men’s 400m
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Jamaica’s Demish Gaye continued his rich vein of form, clocking a new personal best of 44.73 second to win the Digicel-sponsored men’s 400m at the second staging of the JN Racers Grand Prix currently ongoing at the National Stadium.
Gaye, in his usual smooth form, was well paced for the first 200m before pulling away from the field to lower his previous best of 44.85.
The GC Foster representative won ahead of the Trinidad and Tobago pair of Lalonde Gordon (45.18) and Machel Cedenio (45.57).
