Four killed in separate attacks in Clarendon, St Andrew
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Four people were killed in two separate attacks in Clarendon and St Andrew within a 24-hour period.
According to the police, 42-year-old Ian Morris, otherwise called ‘Junglist’, of Springfied district in Clarendon and a man known only as ‘Pryce’, who is believed to be of an Old Harbour, St Catherine address, were sitting at a shop in Springfield district about 6:30pm Wednesday, when a motorcar with armed men aboard allegedly drove up and opened gunfire hitting them multiple times.The police were alerted and the two were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.Gunmen struck again in St Andrew yesterday, killing 23-year-old Mickhail Logan, otherwise called ‘Willi’ of Portmore, St Catherine and 44-year-old Glendon Gordon, otherwise called ‘Glen’, a mason of Ferry district, Kingston 20.The two were reportedly standing along a roadway in Ferry district when gunmen alighted from a Totoya Corolla motorcar and shot them.Logan was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead while Gordon turned up at hospital later where he died.The police said their investigations into the two incidents are ongoing.
