KINGSTON, Jamaica — Grade six students at the St Aloysius Primary School in downtown Kingston gathered for devotion this morning before heading to their desks for the Grade Six Achievement Test (GSAT).
More than 39,000 students across the island are registered to sit the GSAT this year.
Mathematics and social studies will be done today, while language arts, communication task and science are set for tomorrow.
The exam will determine their placement in secondary schooling.
