Students beat worker at St Thomas Technical

ST THOMAS, Jamaica —Emergency meetings were convened this morning by staff at the St Thomas Technical High School after an ancillary worker was badly beaten by a group of boys from the institution yesterday evening, OBSERVER ONLINE has learnt.

 According to a well placed source, the matter now seems to be in hands of the police and the various staff groups — ancillary, administrative and teachers — are having different meetings in order to decide on a way forward.
