NWC work damages FLOW fibre network, customers affected
ST CATHERINE, Jamaica — FLOW Jamaica has advised that accidental damage to its fibre network, caused by work being carried out by the National Water Commission (NWC) in the Spanish Town, St Catherine has affected in its services in the area.
FLOW, in a statement issued a short while ago, said the damage has resulted in the loss of fixed voice and internet services for approximately 8000 residential and business customers.
The telecommunications company said its engineers are now on location and will be working to have services restored in the shortest possible time.
