JDF private killed in Clarendon
CLARENDON, Jamaica — A Jamaica Defence Force (JDF) private was yesterday killed by unknown assailants outside his house in Rock River district in Clarendon.
Dead is 35-year-old Michael Frazer, who, according to the police, was at home about 8:45 pm with a female companion and his sister. The lawmen said two men came and enquired of his whereabouts from his sister then left.
Frazer reportedly went outside to hang clothes on a line in the yard shortly after, when one of the men approached him from behind and shot him in the head before escaping with his licensed Glock pistol.
He was taken to the Chapelton Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The police are currently following strong leads as the investigation continues.
