Hot on the heels of Harry Styles’ cover issue of Another Man magazine   hitting shelves and stores, Niall Horan has released a brand new song all by himself.

Between pages of photographs curated by Styles himself, showcasing different aspects of his personality and his varying interests, Another Man magazine also managed to get 22 year-old pop star Harry Styles to sit down for interviews.

And he explained in his interview that One Direction will return when the time feels right.

Unlike former band member Zayn Malik, the singer turned actor had nothing but good words regarding his time in the band and even called the experience life-changing. When asked by Chelsea Handler (a famous pal of his) whether the boys would reunite or if One Direction had run its course Harry answered, 

“I don’t know. When we started, people always asked, ‘Where do you think you’ll be in 5 years?’ It’s a difficult question to answer. I would never say we’ll never do anything again but it’s good for us to be exploring different things.”

“Maybe at some point everyone will want to do something again but it’s better if it happens naturally like, ‘Hey we all really want to do this again.’ If that were to happen it would be amazing. I would never rule that out,” he continued on to say.

Styles also had a chat with Beatles legend Paul McCartney and got tips on going solo and ‘saying what you have to say’. 

Perhaps Styles’ band member was inspired by the interviews and then decided to flex his vocals for a solo stint as well? Today Horan lit the internet ablaze when he posted a link to a single take video of him playing guitar and singing a song he wrote called

This Town. 

At once a sweet song tinged with a bitter sadness, the Irishman croons about how this town might’ve remained much the same but the girl he loved had changed and had moved on.

Since his debut single’s surprise release he’s revealed that his band members knew about the song and that he’s signed to Capitol Records and working on his first solo album.

As of now the internet and Directioners everywhere patiently await the HQ versions of all Harry’s magazine photos to hit the web, and we’ve all got our ears and eyes open for anything Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne
