#SOSeptember

TUESDAY evening last in our bustling capital city and13 fashionistas, representing diverse success stories in music, politics, law, fitness, banking, and business, have reached post-work consensus to detour to the LMR commercial complex on Lady Musgrave Road.

Invited to the eponymous atelier of Keneea Linton-George, the readyto- wear designer of the Keneea Linton label, who having partnered with Jamaica Observer Takes Style Out, was all set to co-host this influential coterie for the first Seamlessly Stitched pop-up dinner and salon. Chef and caterer Oji Jaja, the executive culinary artiste of Ashebre, effortlessly laid out an either-or menu of gourmet salmon and duck as Veuve Clicquot and Apothic Wines — both J Wray & Nephew distributions — added bubbly and blends to the festive conversation, ultimately wrapped with conscious bites of pâtissier Nadine Burie’s hazelnut chocolate mousse gateau. Then there was Visa Signature, which, courtesy of the National Commercial Bank, served as a save-the-date whisper of Thursday, October 6 while the Linton-George muses, all dressed in her originals, answered house-favoured questions posed by Keneea Linton shirtdress enthusiast and Jamaica Observer Senior Associate Editor — Lifestyle & Social Content Novia McDonald-Whyte. SO now recollects…
