India remains in command in second test match at Sabina Park
KINGSTON, Jamaica – West Indies were made to toil in the first session on the second day, as India remained in command at 185-1 at lunch time in the second test match here at Sabina Park.
India resuming from their overnight score of 126-1, were hardly bothered by the West Indies bowling attack here in sunny conditions, and are now just 11 runs behind the hosts’ first innings total of 196.
Opening batsman KL Rahul, who brought up his third test century early this morning will resume on 107 along with Cheteshwar Pujara on 37.
Roston Chase, who picked up the wicket of Shikhar Dhawan first day, remains the only successful bowler for the West Indies with 1-52.
