Discount Lumber and Hardware

Discount Lumber and Hardware has over the years earned a reputation of supplying all relevant material and supplies required to build a house. Additionally, they pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service, lowest prices and a wide variety of tools and supplies which have kept them relevant in an extremely competitive industry. The company is also known for garnering and maintaining customers by establishing good lasting relationships.

The Managing Director, Basil Johnson established the business 30 years ago selling mainly cement, steel and lumber which have continued to be his main products, although he has diversified into large scale importation of tiles. The operations have expanded to two locations, 10 Doom Street and 2 ˆ½ Trinity Crescent in Montego Bay, employing some 120 persons.

Today, Discount Lumber and Hardware has become one of the largest retailers of hardware and building supplies in Montego Bay, St. James. Their products ranges from electrical items, plumbing items, fencing materials, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures, ceramic tiles, cement, windows and doors, paints, power tools, garden tools, concrete blocks, lumber and steel, just to name a few.
