Meghan Trainor gets dressed up and sassy to say NO
Mad at her label after she thought her upcoming album Thank You was about ready to go but her label boss seemed to think it needed a bigger single, she hit the studio and came out with a departure from her trademark retro sound.
The outcome is a great song to sing along with particularly if you’re a girl that’s ever felt like you were being harassed.
While harassment is a very serious issue and all those on the receiving end wish it were as easy as Meghan says: “My name is no, my sign is no, my number is no – you need to let it go…”, at least we’ve got a cool new song to jam to.
The video reflects this different side of Trainor as well as she rocks red hair and all black and dances a heavily coordinated number with her army of girls.
