#DecisionJa2016: High spirits, heavy voting in St Elizabeth South Eastern
ST ELIZABETH, Jamaica — There is high spirits and heavy voting at the Bull Savannah Primary in St Elizabeth South Eastern early this afternoon.
A large crowd of Labourites and Comrades, most already voted, are massed at the school gate.
Additionally, at the eight polling divisions on the school compound scores are lined up to vote.
An on duty policeman told OBSERVER ONLINE that voting had being even heavier in the morning.
Jamaica Labour Party Councillor for the Junction Division, Cetany Holness voiced confidence that his candidate Frank Witter will win the constituency.
“Based on what I am seeing Frank can’t lose,” he said.
