Here’s to Page 2!
A fabulous mix of our nation’s leaders in business, style and entertainment helped jump-start the celebrations for our sister publication Page 2‘s 10th Anniversary, with a Moët & Chandon Champagne Brunch held recently in the executive boardroom of The Jamaica Observer Head Office in Kingston.
The hand-picked collective shared their most memorable Page 2 moments while enjoying exquisite fare prepared by Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Award-winning caterer Celeste Gordon, and raising flutes of Moët & Chandon to the highly anticipated main event set for April 9, 2016 — in a locale styled by event doyenne Ann Marie Wyss.
Hosted by Jamaica Observer Senior Associate Editor, Lifestyle and Social Content, Novia McDonald-Whyte, the event afforded the opportunity for guests to trade valuable insights and look forward to another decade of glitz, glamour, and star-studded exclusives. The menu featured a decadent blend of sweet and savoury bites, starting with a trio of pancakes: Red Velvet pancakes with berries, dill pancakes with smoked marlin and caviar, and cheddar escallion pancakes with bacon and maple sugar. Melt-in-the-mouth braised short rib with truffle polenta, crispy onions and rosemary and Parmesan sweet peas, and a citrus-spiced fish fillet made a satisfying main course. Thursday Life takes you inside the exclusive affair.
